I do not maintain this library anymore as it has been incorporated into numerous other, more general, graphics libraries.

I suggest you use the resampling functions of the Graphics32 library instead; They offer more functionatility, are faster and they are actively maintained. If Graphics32 is too complex for your taste, try the Stretch function in GraphicEx instead.
